For the purposes of this Policy, MuseScore Limited., a Cyprus company with registered office at Spyrou Kyprianou, 84, 4004, Limassol, Cyprus (“Artists Unanimous team“, “us“, “we“, or “our“) acts as the data controller for the information that is collected. As a data controller, we make sure that any processing of your information complies with applicable data protection law, and specifically with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Telegram chat

Purpose: To provide you with the opportunity to join our Telegram chat

We maintain our Telegram chat to provide an opportunity for users to communicate with each other. By joining the chat, Telegram may process certain Personal Data such as your username, profile picture, and messages. We do not export or further process this data. Purpose: To send you invitations to our future events and other marketing emails

Photos and videos at in-person events

Purpose: To capture and share event highlights

We may capture photos and videos during our in-person event. We do not intentionally match this content with other Personal Data. We may publish these materials on our social media.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in advance by emailing privacy@mu.se.

Data storage, retention and deletion

  1. We keep Personal Data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected (for example, to provide you with technical support or to comply with applicable legal requirements).
  2. After the retention period ends, we anonymize or destroy personal information in electronic form using technical means that make the information unrecoverable.

Disclosure of your information

  1. All data is stored and hosted within the territory of the European Union and/or the European Economic Area (EU/EEA).
  2. We may disclose your Personal Data to the following categories of recipients:
    1. to our group companies for purposes consistent with this Policy. We take precautions to allow access to Personal Data only to those staff members who have a legitimate business need for access and with a contractual prohibition of using the Personal Data for any other purpose.
